he is running trainings all over
Malaysia for children, teens and adults.
His
trainings includes coaching, character building, and attitude development. Muthu’s
passion
has always been in the personal growth area and also actively involve in
public
leadership training programme.
Experience
Muthu
has a vast experience in training for the past 10 years. He was once the Master
Trainer for the Character Building Module for the National Service Programme
(NS). He was in this position for 10 years.
He
also has a good experience in training the trainers as he was selected as
Master Trainer for the Train The Trainers (TOT), Character Building Module, NS.
It is his responsibility to develop trainers for train the trainees in NS camp.
He loves coaching people of all ages and enjoys seeing them achieve great performance.
He
also has experience as a facilitator and trainer in corporate and goverment department such as INSAN, JPA,
Lafarge, Nusuara, Bayu and KMB .
He
is also a person with knowledge in managing business.This can be clearly seen
as he has held the post of Sales Manager
for 12 years in the Great Eastern Life. Muthu’s interest in coaching and training started when
he joined as a temporary teacher in the SRJK (T) Ringlet, Cameron Highlands, in
1989.
In
his training life, Muthu had trained children, teens, government staffs and
adults all over Malaysia on teamwork and goal setting. Many of them are
performing greatly in their life now.
Education and
Personal Interest
Muthu
is a Diploma holder in Computer-Engineering. He is a Certified Personal Insurance Planner (CPIP).
Currently he is pursuing a training design certification .
Currently
he is the chairman in the Workers Co-operative Credit Society Limited (Taman Kinta Branch),vice-president
in Parent-Teacher association of SMK Seri Teja. He is also a member in several
NGO’s in his area such as National Youth Bell Club.
Muthu
lives in Gopeng,Perak with his wife and three kids. He enjoys
reading,especially Biographies motivational and inspirational books by
well-known authors as well as great leaders. He also love landscaping as he
loves nature a lot.
For
Muthu, his motto is “Go for a 100%”.
